Climbing hills works best at a steady, moderate throttle instead of full acceleration, which tends to make the truck bounce and shed cargo on the way up. Switching the camera angle before a blind climb genuinely helps you judge the incline better than guessing from the default view, and saving up for a bigger truck early pays off once the terrain gets rockier and less forgiving.
